At Max’s Furrever Friends, we understand that sometimes schedules change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and maintain the highest level of service, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation and Rescheduling
1. Notice Period:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
2. Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis.
Credits
- Credits for cancellations made within the required notice period will be processed within 2 business days.
- Late cancellations and will not be eligible for a credit.
